HOUSING

• The Company has provided housing for all categories of employees.
• Housing Allocation is based on the following Criteria:
  • Grade of employee
  • House category
  • Nature of work
• The company has various estates as follows:
  • Managerial estate
  • Upper central
  • Lower central
  • Artisan estate
• Currently the Company has a total of 2356 housing units

• The company provides medical care for all its employees and eligible dependants. The Health facility is run by doctors, Clinical officers and other support staff.
  
  
  
• The facility houses:
  • Maternal Child Health (MCH) and Family Planning Clinic (FP)
  • Voluntary Counseling and Testing Centre (VCT)
  • Medical Laboratory
  • Pharmacy

• The Sports Complex is a social amenity provided for use by company employees, their dependants and the general public.The facility houses :
  • Football stadium
  • Basketball and tennis courts
  • Volleyball and netball fields
  • Bar and restaurant
  • Library
  • Offices
  • Conference and auditorium hall

• In order to bring services closer to employees, management has provided a supermarket and a grocery market within the estate to enable employees and their dependants access goods and other services with ease.
  
  

CYBER CAFES

• The Company has provided Cyber cafes in strategic places for use by employees during their free time for training and other purposes. Non office employees may use those facilities to access office and business applications e.g. E-mail and internet browsing.

• The Company has provided and maintains a modern golf course for use by employees during their free time for recreation and participation during golf tournaments.

• The Company owns and maintains a private air strip for use by company guests.
• Other people who may wish to use the facility will have to get clearance from the Managing Director.
