How to:

    * The tendering process begins with MSC. A tender is placed out . It is either open or closed
    * An open tender is open for application to all qualifying firms, for tendering.
    * Closed tenders are open for application to selected vendors for tendering.
    * Tenders usually have a closing date.Tenders which have been closed are usually dropped in the tender box at the Company Secretary's office at the HQ in Mumias.
    * Once the tenders have closed, they will be opened by the MTC and evaluation wil be done.
    * Communication is done soon after the MTC has reached a decision.
