Mumias Sugar Company is run by the Board of Directors as the highest management tool. The board comprises of highly qualified and professional individuals. The senior management comprises of the Directors of departments who report to the Managing director who is also a member of the Board. The directors of departments head the key areas namely Factory, Finance, Sales and distribution, Information Technology, Agriculture, Human Resource, Legal Affairs, Marketing & Corporate Affairs and Internal Audit.
